Laharn Cross is well-known as a location where people gather every Sunday night throughout the summer months to enjoy traditional music. People young and old are invited to dance the evening away on the specially erected wooden platform. The dances are as varied as the people who attend them. Waltzes, quicksteps, foxtrots, polkas, shoe the donkey and the Siege of Ennis are frequently the order of the evening for the hundreds of enthusiastic dancers who gather here for two hours a week (8-10pm).
