Avondhu Blackwater Partnership encompasses fifty-four District Electoral Divisions located in the North East of County Cork. The programmes that Avondhu Blackwater deliver are confined to the boundaries that are defined by the Rural Development Programme. The Avondhu Blackwater area of operation comprises thirty-five rural town and villages and the organisation actively engages with each community and community organisation/individuals within these locales to achieve the objectives outlined within the strategic programmes administered.
